Programs

Mason Park Summer Camp is an 8-week camp that incorporates education, fun, creativity, diversity, safety, tolerance, and respect. The camp consists of weekly field trips, (educational and fun); sport skill events: swimming, skating, bowling, canoeing, fishing, golf, Outback Ray, field days, and more! Mason's Summer camp also incorporates important programs that address issues that our children face today: Social media safety, bullying, cyber bullying, stranger danger - "see something, say something" with Summit County Deputy Sheriff and Fire Safety with Akron Fire Department. In addition to incorporating safety, camps are also made to be enjoyable and fun. Events: Week 1 through 8: (Rock climbing, Golfing, Bowling, Swimming, Springfield Skating Rink, Fun N' Stuff, Art Museum, Canoeing, Summit Metro Parks, Mckinely Monument & Museum, Akron Fire Department, Akron Rubber Ducks, "Splash Day" with a whole week dedicated to swimming, Wingfoot Park, and Akron Zoo).
